Dont ask why I thought of this. I just saw a small similarity between her and Eve, in the Christian story of the Garden of Eden and the Forbidden Fruit. ( which is usually an apple)

She would eat it out of kindness, even if she didn't particularly want to.

Yes, she has that innocence that she would be in a situation where she wouldn't know what to do.

The fruit is most often known as an apple, but in the actual Bible it has been proved to be something similar to pomegranate? I am not sure. It is not an apple though. But if the Evil Queen can trick Snow into eating the "Wishing Apple" why couldn't Satan trick Snow into eating that fruit?

Why is Yes winning? You guys know Snow White is scared of creatures like that easily. A snake would probably scare her, and she would likely have no interest in godly wisdom. one, she's too humble for that, and two, what she wants most is to just be loved and happy.

She trusted an old lady when the dwarves told her not to, she would trust a snake in a place as safe as the Garden of Eden.

Persephone713- The fruit was from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. The snake promised Eve that if she ate from the tree she would be like God.
I don't think so- Snow is, I think, too pure to go directly against orders, especially orders that come from God himself.

Every single one of human being would have ate it. The snake would have found some way to trick Snow to eat fruit(nowhere reads its apple, just fruit), sadly Devil is not stupid or lazy.

@AudreyFreak: I don't think Snow White would be scared of snakes (unless it was trying to attack or her something, obviously). I think she'd treat all creatures the same, or at least attempt to.

@ rhythmicmagic Yes I know- Im Roman Catholic, I know the story by heart. I was asking what popcornfan was talking about and his/her reasoning for picking no. Yes its from the "Tree of Knowledge" and its the "fruit of Sin/Temptation", because "God told them not eat it." As for the snake being scary, if you were told this version of the story, "Satan was very alluring as the snake", not scary. Anyways. Its all on how you interpreted the story.

P.S- I guess its often depicted as an apple in pictures and things. But yes the fruit varies from story to story. ~ I just randomly thought of this similarity. Things just pop into my head sometimes. The old hag is the snake!
