How in the world is Aladdin winning this?

Either Sleeping Beauty or Pocahontas. But I guess Sleeping Beauty is the more impressive, especially considering its time.

Aladdin is winning most of these, I didn't know it was that popular o.o

I get it, sleeping beauty is the most detailed and well done, but it isn't very visually appealing, the colors are just blah, this is so bright and colorful and just gorgeous! I don't care if they used a magic wand to do this, I hate it when people start saying that beauty and the beast has bad animation just because it wasn't all hand drawn. It doesn't matter how much effort is put into it, it matters about how good it is in the end. I could spend nine years animating a movie but make the lines all sloppy and inconsistent, would that mean that it's still the best because I took so long on it? No, sleeping beauty's is great, but beauty and the beast is the most eye catching yet gorgeous at the same time.

I love this movie.
