I wouldn't even say pretty ditzy. Just a little bit, half from being too sheltered and half just because that's how she is. It's really unfair Elsa clearly got a better education and more guidance from their parents.

I think this is pretty accurate. Though when I use ditzy in this sense, I don't necessarily mean unintelligent. I think it's possible to be forgetful and absent-minded without having a lack in aptitude.

There's all kinds of intelligence... she has good emotional intelligence, but she doesn't seem to have much common sense. When she gets worked up about something it overrides her good judgment, if that makes sense.
