Sleeping Beauty: Atmospheric as in it's easy to get immersed in the world of this movie. With the music, the quiet moments, the backgrounds...
Mermaid: I mean in that there's a freshness and energy in Mermaid, like those who worked on it truly did it for the passion and the art than just for the money. The film feels very genuine and innovative, like the writers really had faith in this movie being good.
Aladdin: the concept art, the original ideas for the story (Aladdin's mom), the deleted songs...it's like an entirely different movie.
Pocahontas: what i mean is that the characters often sit down and talk instead of having battles and such so it's much more laidback at times to sit down and relax
Also, now that you mention it, I really like some of the scores in Snow White.
