In Aurora's situation I wouldn't want to go, but not because of Phillip, but because she's told she's betrothed. I wouldn't marry a stranger, no matter how much royalty came with it.
If I just found out I was royal with no pre-arranged marriage I'd choose that over a man I'd met once, but I couldn't accept an arranged marriage. I'd rather give peasant life with the hottie a chance, at least if I end up not liking him there's nothing to stop me being on my merry way :)

I wouldn't have known Phillip for very long, and besides, where would I go? I would have no clue how to find him, and even if I could navigate the forest, one of the fairies (or Maleficent's goons, but I wouldn't know about that) would find me before I could find Phillip or a safe place to stay.

I actually wouldn't want to be a princess. Too many responsibilities and pressure. Besides, if I ran away, I can make my own decisions of how my life is going to be run and who I want to be with in life.
