It's usually one kiss per doctor/assistant and he didn't want to kiss her when she was engaged, I doubt he'll want to kiss her when she's married.

Maybe it's just my love for Rory/Amy talking but I think it's them now and Doctor/River (bleh!!!)

When she remembered him AFTER her wedding, she started to cry just like she did with rory. So when she remembered him all her feelings for him came flooding back.
