Someone asked me how I make banners. I'll Показать Ты images.
Step 1 
Open GIMP [if Ты don't have it, Ты can download it for free on the GIMP site. Поиск Google]. Go to "File"->"New"->Set width to 800 and Height to 100->"OK". Ты should have the image shown above. Ты can always change the image size later on by going to "Image"->"Scale Image".
Step 2 
Now it is time to put Обои into your blank image (call it a "canvas"). Ты won't need the white image (you can Удалить it или just leave it there). Find the images...

To save pictures, Ты can right click with your мышь and go to "save as" или such, или click on the picture, then drag it to your folder.
