can someone tell me how to create a Фан spot? like if they don't have the club for something you're a Фан of, how do Ты create one?

Ты go to the Fanpop homepage, and scroll all the way down. Then Ты look at the last box on the right;; it'll say at the вверх of the box, something like "Create a spot". Then Ты just type the spot name, etc.
