I have told another person to stop and they considered stopping and that was like yesterday and I really hope she stops it a dirty addiction, like smoking, but if you keep doing it could kill you(maybe not as fast but it still could) in ways like blood loss or you could go to far and do a accidental suicide or intentionally kill yourself. I might be wrong though I don't know you.
