Is it possible to Сообщить a Комментарий on Facebook ? if so then how ??

Go on their Профиль and if Ты scroll down a little, (or a lot, depending on the different profilees) on the left side there should be a series of three или four blue lines, one of those being, report/block this person. Hope I helped.
