Happy Birthday Fanpop!
After our initial launch and some press from sites like link and link the first few months things were pretty quiet and we were honestly pretty scared that it wasn't going to work out. We knew that we had a good product, but we didn't know how to get users to come. Slowly but surely though, the Фаны found their way here. Twilight Фаны came. Harry Potter Фаны came. Justin Bieber Фаны came. One дерево холм, хилл Фаны came. Хор Фаны came. Michael Jackson Фаны came. еще and еще Фаны found their way to Fanpop and before we knew it we had thousands of клубы and millions of Фаны coming to the site. The best part about it was that Фаны around the world were connecting with fellow Фаны who shared their passions and were making new friends. Fanpop was actually growing into a bona fide community and the ultimate site for fans.
Fast вперед to August 1, 2011 and today we are the #372 biggest site on the internet according to link. According to our internal metrics we have over 13 million users a месяц around the world visiting Fanpop. But еще importantly, when I interact with users или read Комментарии on our wall, I hear all the time how much people Любовь the website and how they really feel at Главная here. It means еще to the Fanpop four that we created a place on the web that didn't exist before which people can't live without now. That's pretty special and so are each and every one of our fantastic Fanpoppers. We feel like proud fathers who have watched our little website grow into this amazing network of Фан клубы which are alive with excited Фаны who Любовь to talk about all sorts of topics that we could have never imagined. We know that without all of our awesome and dedicated users, we wouldn't be where we are today. It's the Фаны that make Fanpop and we will never forget our commitment to Ты guys. We've spent the past five years building features and designing the website for you. But we're not done yet folks! So keep on Fanpopping, because there's much еще in store for the years to come!

Ok, I usually don't make user guides but this one needs to be made. I have seen a lot of picks and a lot of them are boring или annoying. Here is a Список of steps to help Ты out.
1. Try to have еще than three Ответы if possible. If the Вопрос is "Who should Jim be with?" Put, Karen and Pam, and then put an answer like neither или Katy.
2.Always have pictures for the Вопрос if it isn't a yes, no, или maybe question. Pictures bring in еще Фаны and make the picks еще interesting.
3. Try to ask Вопросы that people haven't already asked and Вопросы that people will be interested in. Don't make it boring.
Now these are the three golden steps to making a good, quality pick on fanpop. If Ты feel I need to add anything, then please leave it in the comments.
