Dear fellow fanpoppers,

Fanpop is not pro-choice concerning medals.

Many of Ты will agree with me when I say that there are users among us who are a bit too motivated when it comes to collecting medals.
But few of us know that medals also follow us.

Fact is that these Медали need us, they are longing for us as much as many of us are longing for them. The medal whore can not live without the Медали and Медали can not live without us. Probably they do even need us еще then we need them and the common medal whore thinks she did a great job catching a medal when in reality the medal whore is the medal's prey. (Don't worry, I don't intend to deepen that right now.)

Now Ты ask me how I know that, how I could possibly know that Медали stick to us like toilet paper to a shoe when clearly no one has ever been crazy (stupid) enough to get rid of their own Медали just to find out what happens next.
(Or maybe Ты have done that but didn't think it was worth putting it into an article, well that's bad luck for you, because now it will make me famous and not you.)

Long story short: I have done the Unforgivable.
I have chosen a Fanpop life without Медали - unfortunately my Медали haven't chosen a life without me, which once again proves that the Медали control us and not the other way around.

Now let the facts speak for themselves.
Tuesday, 25th of May 2010 21:09 - I unjoined all the 52 spots I had Медали in and rejoined some of them again.
...
Thursday, 27th of May 2010 around 23:00 - My Медали are back. All of them at once. Since I've been too lazy to rejoin a couple of spots my medal count is now less than 52.

That's a shocker, isn't it? (Now I see the people who were too whiny about losing their hard earned Медали blushing.)
In these two days of my experiment there have of course been some voices saying that the Медали might come back to me, but no one had the ultimate proof, it was just rumours.
Now, and I can't resist saying:thanks to me, Ты finally have proof that Медали will always come back to you. It's kind of creepy when Ты think about it - I mean there's just no way of getting rid of them except for leaving a spot forever. Are we slaves of our own medals?
Think about that, fellow fanpoppers.

And while I have your attention I'd also like to say: Please, for the Любовь of fanpop, stop abusing the answers/questions feature for announcements! It makes my blood boil. Don't make so many repeat twilight spots and go to church every sunday. Thank you.
