The problem with Creating a new club and finding the button for it

I'm guessing a lot of people have all ready have found this problem but if Ты don't understand then it's like this:
One день I decided to create a new club of something that didn't exist as a club yet but I couldn't find the 'Create a club' button. Trust me I looked high and low for the thing but couldn't find it. When I logged out of my account at last there I saw it, the 'Create a club button' so when I clicked on it they of course asked me to sign back in but when I did I was the same position I was in before clicking.
For some people this problem don't seem to happen but for people like me who want to create клубы but can't because the button is unavailable well it's frustrating. I've been looking abound for some kind of answer but the only thing that came up was a link link
this only leads to Ты having to sign in again. I don't know if it's the signing in thing that's the problem but it really shouldn't be.
Please fix this problem Fanpop!

Why are keywords so important?

What are keywords?

Why should I use them?

How can Ключевые слова help me?

Keywords are Теги that Ты place on the content Ты Отправить to Fanpop so that other Фаны can find it. Ты don't need to use a lot of them, just the relevant ones. You'll want to use words that describe what's in the content. Who is in it, what episode it's from, etc.

Example:

supernatural, dean, 4x18, the monster at the end of this book

This example is very simple. It's an Иконка from the Показать Сверхъестественное [keyword], the subject is Dean [keyword], it's from episode 4x18 [keyword] 'The Monster at the End of This Book' [keyword]....

Please don't hate me. I know I shouldn't be wasting an Статья Космос Письмо this. I mean many people rated tp1992's Статья low, but I wanted to take out my fustrations somewhere.

I was never intending to do a follow-up Статья on fanpop-addiction. I just took it for granted that I had grown happily addicted and I would remain that way. I basked in the warm, happy glow that only recognition for fanpop-contribution can give you, and looked вперед to the fanpopping years ahead.

But then disaster struck. And I'm not talking about the massive floods that have hit England... (I was fine with the cellar being filled with water...)No, my internet broke and left me without fanpop.

The point of forums!

As the 'Answers' section keeps getting clogged up with еще and еще spam and miscategorized content I feel the need to introduce Ты all to a part of Fanpop that would solve so many problems if only people would use it.

What are Forums? The Форумы are for use of discussions. Things that may not have a few solid Ответы (use picks for that). Where Ты can create long winded discussions.

Why should I use the Форумы and not post all my useless Вопросы in Answers? Because Ответы is where Ты are asking a Вопрос that would have a factual answer to that Ты do not know.

Girls must be careful when looking in the mirror, the sight of their own breasts could easily aruse them which in most cases leads to a heavy masturbatory response.
