So, you've registered on the site and now Ты want to add some content to your Избранное spots. The vast majority of the stuff on Fanpop is in the form of Ссылки which point to content in other places, whether they are articles, galleries, videos, games, или any other sort of content Ты can find online.

Good Grammar is Sexy

Yes, yes it is.

As some of Ты may know, I often suffer from grammar-induced rage blackouts. These can be triggered by anything from a misplaced apostrophe to the incorrect usage of "your" and "you're". So, I decided to do something about it.. mostly because I'm afraid the Далее dangling modifier I come across might send me spiraling into a violent rampage the likes of which have never been seen.

I understand that a lot of Fanpoppers are not native English speakers, and thus might not have as good a hold on our sometimes ridiculously complicated grammatical rules. Obviously, I can't fault them for their mistakes....

Duplicate Обои tend to really bother me in certain spots, and I’ve observed that I’m far from the only one. I know it’s difficult sometimes to know if an image has been uploaded into a spot или not when there are 999,483,937 uploads, especially when they’re lacking in the Ключевое слово department.

Google has this nice new feature called a Reverse Image Search. With a reverse image search, Ты are able to Загрузить или link an image into the Поиск bar and you’ll be дана a Список of web pages containing your selected image.

Right, I have been thinking about this. I have been thinking about certain things on Fanpop recently and as much as I Любовь this place there are certain things that irk me.

Hate Spots
I've seen spots that are about hating a certain thing. I thought this place was еще about sharing things we enjoy so we can give each other images, links, videos, etc not "oh I hate this and this and this". It doesn't make anything friendly.

Me Me Me Spots

Okay everybody on Fanpop is a Фан of something, Ты have to be, But what is a true fan? Well, I'll tell you.
According to Webster's Dictionary, a Фан is
A:
Function: noun
Etymology: probably short for fanatic
1 : an enthusiastic devotee (as of a sport или a performing art) usually as a spectator
2 : an ardent admirer или enthusiast (as of a celebrity или a pursuit) <science-fiction fans>

This is a great definition of a Фан of a baseball team или a specific person, such as the Yankees или Brad Pitt. But is that really what the Фаны on Fanpop are? No....
