yes a couple because of the same things mentioned above, I try to say I don't like the manner in which they are speaking to me but I've only had 2 that just kept on, so I blocked them, they were interfering with my enjoyment of the site.

Fortunately. However, I did have some issues regarding a stalker about 5-6 months after I'd joined the website. I didn't block him but after a while I began ignoring inbox messages from him (I just deleted them without reading them) and a couple of months later noticed that he had been banned from the website. I didn't take action myself (although looking back I probably should have done), but apparently someone else did.

I've never had occasion to do so, luckily for me.

I blocked IchHasseLeben but that was a fucking waste since his account was deleted 2 hours later. However, I never did block peeps like I do. If they drop nasty messages on me, I do the same.
