Annie is only "weird" as Ты say because she has been through the Hunger Games-- she saw her own district partner DIE, and then she won because of the flood and she was the only one that could swim.
Every victor has gone kind of mental in their own way after the Games-- Finnick wasn't the same either, and Haymitch we all know. Katniss too, the Games impacted her so much.

I started really respecting Finnick when I found out he liked Annie because it shows that even the most superior, arrogant, and Популярное people can prove themselves just as equal as those below them. I found it considerate and sweet :D
