Yess, He Deserves Better.

I think Effy teases Freddie sometimes and breaks his heart by going to Cook for sex; however - she only did it because she is in love with Freddie and can't deal with her feelings for him (:

^^ i agree. She's in denial. She wants to convince herself that she doesn't love Freddie and wants to keep her heart guarded.

But Freddie is just a teensy weensy bit too good for her. lol

Weird thing, but almost in every couple that I ship I think a guy is too good for a girl (Spike/Buffy, Sawyer/Kate, etc). So, with Freffy it is pretty much the same, BUT I think it's a good thing: Effy needed some challenge, she needed to learn accepting her feelings and to be strong enough to make her choice. She had been hiding her feelings and wouldn't let herself open up to someone before she met Freddie. She was scared of what she felt for him. And she proved a growth when she chose Freddie over Cook and was able to accept her feelings for Freddie, to take a risk and let herself love him.

Just a little... I know why she did what she did, but he didn't deserve it.
