It will most likely be Jessica because she's the 2nd eldest but I think it could also be Tiffany because she's sometimes called Manager Hwang because of her caring nature.

Either...

1. Jessica - 2nd eldest and can pretty much handle SNSD cause she's also like an ahjumma and kid at the same time like Taeyeon ^^

or...

2. Tiffany - she's very caring towards her members :) I Любовь Manager Hwang <3
