They slept together the Далее день during her 17th birthday party. and it's assumed that they had sex a lot before she went back with Nate, considering there are a few times where they mention it. It's never mentioned whether или not they slept together before Tuscany, but I'm assuming that they did.

No. Not that we know of. They do fool around though in the episode of the debutante ball.

It is implied that they had sex after the limo scene @ her bday & in between up until the ball where she gets back w/ Nate. I also assume after Lily and Bart's wedding that they did it a lot bc of the convo that S & B had about her relaxing. If C had gone to Tuscany w/ B no doubt she would have came back pregnant. LOL
