Is it just me или do the songs With Me by Sum 41 & Only One by Yellowcard sound alike?

I Любовь both songs but I was listening to Only One & I swear it gave me the chills the limo scene was replaying in my head. The lyrics are no way the same but the idea of the song along with the lead singers/band are similiar. Only one should be a song in another limo scene.
