apparently not. the book people are complaining that they need to end cuz dan is in love w// some girl named vanessa so hmm lets not get too attached =P

they're filming scenes with that vanessa girl right now, so she does get to the show soon. but in an interview, they said that in the books he isn't so sure of his sexuality... how is he in love with a girl when he might be gay?

Yes they did. it was one de 2nd book , they were in front of serenas apartment and they've kissed. It was only a one time thing but they did .
And after he tryed to do it again , but they end up never getting the chance to be alone again . And he saw Serena and Nate holding hand while they sleep , and he got mad and kinda of gave up . And at the book , vanessa like dan's , so he start to give her a chance.

in the books i was, like, V & D all the way ... but in the show i am rooting for d & s! they are a lot bette rin the show... in the books they kind of sucked. they didn't last very long either. vanessa and dan were way better.
