Close your eyes through your entire practice session. Do not picture your way around the fretboard, hear your way around it.
Hear yourself to the Далее note, to the next, chord, to the Далее scale. It should be a relaxed exercise, not a strained one. Like when you're at a distance from a battery powered clock.
If Ты strain to listen to its tick Ты cant hear it but when Ты relax and allow it to come to you, Ты can hear it clearly.
