Ты know what? I think I read somewhere Emma's interview, and she сказал(-а) there, they were going to have false wrinkles and makeup to make them look older. So I'm guessing they will portray their characters trough the whole movie. Besides, I checked imdb.com and there was nothing about an older Harry, Hermione nor Ron... I hope my guesses are right because I really want to see them in the end...
