In PoA, Wormtail flinches at the sound of Voldemort's name, but says Voldemort's name on the very Далее page. Explain.

No he flinched then sirius сказал(-а) "scared of your own master's name?" And he protested so i dont think he was trying 2 keep up pretenses...probably just a mistake

Not everyone flinches at his name. In example, Dumbledore and Harry did not. Nor Ginny, I think. And I'm sure they weren't the only ones in Britain's wizarding society. Because it really matters on one's personality and how one was taught.

By everyone, I meant the common wizard. Never have I seen anyone other than Dumbledore and Harry not flinch
