I don't think either. For one she was flirting with harry way befoe cedric died and her and harry did not even really have anything...too much drama and tension went on between them...i also think she had affection toward both boys but not true love.
I don't think it was either, though if i had to choose i'd say Cedric Diggory. But all of them were quite young during the Книги and i think it's perfectly likely that Cho met someone later.

Out of the two? I'd say Cedric. She seemed еще emotionally attached to him and still spoke about him with Harry. His death really affected her, and I think that she would have stayed with him, had he lived.
