i agree with mimifaith! dumbledore also commented about how brave snape is. He said that maybe he was too brave to be in slytherin. i mean, come on! james is a bully, and snape is much more intelligent than him! also, even though he always bully harry, it okay because he's also doing his best in order to make him safe. it was so sad when he died.

True, but James changed and he's the father of my favorite character so I like him. However, Severus was a very brave and courageous man to betray Voldy and spy for the Order. I have gained respect for the Half-Blood Prince.
