how do Ты forget??

ok i have this HUGE prob here.. i just cant stop thinking abbout him..plz if Ты had this experience then Ты might know better..plz help me out..im not like obsess или anything..i took Совет and i know Ты will suggest that nobody can help me if i cant help myself.
i tried and still are..but he just wont go away..i need a doc..plz help me do this..im too young to be heartbroken and in such state as this..anyone plz..share some miricle light! Любовь Ты and thanks!
