Is Frank a "Big Three" kid?

I recall the book saying that Mars was the секунда most important/powerful god in Rome. The Big Three refers to the most important/powerful Olympians, so is Mars an equivalent figure? Also, seeing how both Poseidon and Hades don't keep their influence, is there another Big Three Roman god (if Ты consider Mars to be one)?

nah. the big three was strictly a greek thing (in my opinion at least) the importance of the big three isnt as big anymore since they really only made it to try and stop the old Great Prophecy. sure the dude is powerful, but he is just a child of mars.

the term "the big three" refers to the eldest gods, Poseidon, Hades, and Zeus. In Roman mythology, the eldest gods are the same, but the power they hold is not. Mars is the son of Jupiter and Juno, not a big three, simply powerful because of Rome's millitary standing-point. Hope that helps!

"The Big Three" is a Greek concept, to describe the three elder gods. The Romans had none of that, really.

From what I gather, the three Roman gods that were the most in respect were Jupiter Optimus Maximus (Zeus- the Greeks were much simpler with these names, and they weren't suck-ups), Mars (Ares), and Janus (who has no Greek equivalent- so who knows what he was doing in Battle of the Labyrinth).

Runner ups would have to be Bellona (goddess of war: Reyna's mother: sometimes seen as Mars' sister, wife, friend, или lover), Pluto, Juno, and Apollo (since the Trojans held him in high praise, and that's partially where the Romans came from).

They also held Hestia in higher importance than the Greeks did (for the win!) Morning rituals to 'Vesta' were a common thing.

But when Ты think of Poseidon, he was fairly neglected as Neptune. Both history and the Книги themselves Показать that.

Long story short: Big Three is a Greek only thing, so Frank has barely anything to do with it. His ancestry would, on the other hand. But he would be a child of a powerful and important god.

Frank could be a descendent of a child of Poseidon. Frank first ancestor came from Greece. Then in a few years, they traveled to Rome. Afterwards, his ancestor moved to Li Jien, China. Then his grandparents moved to Canada. His Grandfather was a son of Neptune, so that makes him Percy's nephew in a way. But Ты can say he related to someone in the Big Three. For example Hazel daughter to pluto and half sister of Nico, the son of Hades. It's complicated lol

Ooh, I agree with all of those answers. I think that it's strictly a Greek concept, but I completely understand what Ты mean. You're talking importance. Yeah, I think that if Ты took the most influental Greek gods they would be Hades, Zues, and Poseidon, and if Ты took the three most influental Roman gods they would be Pluto, Mars, and Jupiter. Sorry Neptune.
