As the other people have сказал(-а) don't use Хеталия for your Сообщить trust me I have found parts in Хеталия which aren't 100% historically accurate. Use books, internet, talk to people who know about Russia but don't use fiction.... your teacher won't take Ты seriously. Last год I was going to use Black Butler (Тёмный дворецкий) for my essay on jack the ripper but I decided against it as I know I wouldn't be able to use it enough.
a really good site I use for history is this site called Spartacus education, it's got loads if information including primary sources.
What ever you.... Don't just use Хеталия for your Сообщить in fact just don't use it at all.

Хеталия is еще for fun than education. It would not have a positive ending for Ты if Ты use Хеталия to write your report.

Ты can use some facts from this like the fact that he;s a part of the allies, along with u.s.a, Britain, china france and maybe canada; those are true.
