We will welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA). After that, check-in at the hotel, stay fresh and relaxed. We will be organizing a welcome dinner in the evening introducing you to Nepalese cuisine.
We explore all world heritage sites of Kathmandu. Some of the popular places are Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath, Baudhanath Stupa is one of the largest stupas in the world. Then, we will introduce you to fellow participants and talk about the trip.
We fly to Lukla early in the morning where our Everest trekking starts. We encounter the rest of our squad in Lukla and start to trek from there. We walk on a path that slowly inclines to Cheplung community from where we get a sight of Mt. Khumbila, a holy mountain which has never been climbed. Then, we slowly go downhill till Phakding.
Our trip passes via a pine forest and we strart our journey on the trail that drives north up the Benkar valley. We pass Dudh Koshi River and cross Chumoa and Monjo communities earlier taking the entry of the Everest National Park. Afterward crossing a suspension bridge, we pass Jorsale community and walk together with the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi rivers. We climb on a sheer path and grasp Namche Bazaar which is perhaps the major town in the Everest region.
We explore Namche Bazaar walk to Sagarmatha National Park and relish the sunrise on the Himalayas that consists Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Kongde and more. The sight from the top is remarkable. We can view the world’s highest mountain Everest with other huge Himalayan mountains. After devoting some moment at the summit of Kala Patthar, we return to Gorak Shep which is comparatively cooler instead of walking up to Kala Pathhar.
We lose about 2,000 feet in raise now and hike on a path with lots of ups and downs. We go downhill via a hillside occupied by rhododendron and juniper trees and pass a bridge on the Dudh Koshi River.
