Speaking out for the book again. Mrs Penstemmon prefered him with black ahir and so did Sophie so i have to agree with them but he only turned his hair black once, when he went to Mrs. Penstemmons funeral and he turned it back afterwards and really it's mud brown, Calcifer said so, i could probably quote but i won't becaue then it would be obvious how sad i am and how many times i've read the book.
