Part 3.
(Cuddy was left sitting alone in her living room; the 2 bottles of wine were empty.)
(There was a knock on the door.)
Cuddy: I’ll get it.
(Cuddy dragged herself up off of the sofa, and dragged her feet until she opened the door.)
(Cuddy stood there surprised.)
Cuddy: Hi.
--
House: Hi, can I come in?
(Cuddy was taken aback.)
Cuddy: Err, sure.
(Cuddy moved to the side, House walked in and Cuddy closed the door behind him.)
Cuddy’s mother: Who is it Lisa?!
Cuddy: No-one.
(Cuddy dragged House by the arm into the bathroom, quickly so Cuddy’s mother couldn’t see him.)
House: No boys allowed?
(House couldn’t help but be slightly amused by Cuddy’s antics.)
Cuddy: Why are Ты here?
House: I was thinking about before, and—
(Cuddy moved back a bit. House looked at her, his eyes lit up and a slight smirk appeared on his face.)
Cuddy: What?
House: Your drunk.
Cuddy: No I’m not.
(House looked at Cuddy intently, still the grin on his face.)
Cuddy: I’ve had a few glasses--from 2 bottles of wine. It doesn’t answer my question.
(House’s smile faded, as he looked at Cuddy. He could tell she was still unhappy.)
House: Your not happy.
Cuddy: Of course I am.
House: Why are we hiding? What have Ты told your mom about me?
(House’s face had a funny Вопрос mark on it.)
(Cuddy looked away from him, before there was a knock on the bathroom door.)
Cuddy’s mother: Lisa, are Ты okay?
Cuddy: Yeah, I’m fine.
(House tried to stop himself from laughing, since the whole situation was turning out to be quite hilarious. Cuddy forced House into the bathtub and pulled the душ curtain across to hide him)
(Cuddy’s mother slowly opened the door.)
Cuddy’s mother: I thought Ты might be throwing up.
Cuddy: No, I’m fine.
(House found drunk Cuddy very interesting. It had been a while since he had seen her this way.)
Cuddy’s mother: Are Ты sure?
Cuddy: Yeah, just give me a minute.
Cuddy’s mother: Okay, I’m going to go to bed—are Ты okay on the sofa?
Cuddy: No problem.
(Cuddy shooed her mother out the door and then closed it behind her.)
(House opened the душ curtains with his cane, shocking Cuddy.)
Cuddy: God, don’t do that.
House: So what did Ты tell her? I was a drug addict cripple?
Cuddy: What else would I tell her? That you’re Mr. Wonderful?
(House walked slowly towards her, towering over her.)
Cuddy: What are Ты doing?
House: I was going to Kiss you.
Cuddy: Was?
(House and Cuddy kissed each other on the lips back and fourth slowly until they kissed passionately before Cuddy tore herself off of him.)
Cuddy: Maybe when I’m not so easy House.
House: You’ve never been easy.
(House took a step back and Cuddy smiled bashfully as House looked at her with a slight sparkle in his eyes.)
(Cuddy opened the bathroom door, and heard the sound of her mom snoring gently in the background.)
(Cuddy walked House to the door. House stood in the doorway with Cuddy looking up at him. There was a sort of gravitational pull, pulling Cuddy towards House. However instead of Поцелуи him again, she merely сказал(-а) goodnight in the softest voice—closing the door on a smiling House and she smiled back.)
(They both leant back to back on the door before walking away from each other. House back on his motorcycle and Cuddy happily back to her living room.)
To be continued.
