What can i say... I also hope it's yet another milestone that they have to pass, in order to build their relationship up even stronger.
I believe it was only a matter of time until a situation like this emerged and that House needed to do what was "right", because that's who he is - ultimately, that's who Cuddy loves.
Hm... I am actually happy that House is stepping out of the artificial phase in which he's been in - trying everything to please her. That was natural for the first phase of the relationship, but for this to be deep, real and solid, he needs to be himself - and she needs to face it, accept it and still love him.
From what i understood from the reviews i've read, it sounds like what he does, albeit hurtful for Cuddy, is completely in character. Very "him". It's something that will make them stronger and more real, eventually.

Ahh well, all I can say is that I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS EPISODE, EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE GOING TO BE PROBLEMS.
