Why does nobody rate on this spot?
There are lots of Фаны of this spot, and lots of people contribute Обои and Фан fictions and Видео and links, and lots of people comment. But why does nobody rate anything?
I personally have rated pretty much everything in this spot, and some content from a long time назад has been rated a few times because I Опубликовано it to the VRSOF. But for the most part, people view and leave Комментарии but do not rate.
Why is that?
(P.S. I know a lot of Просмотры for Обои etc come from people who don't belong to Fanpop, but there are definitly Fanpop users who are not rating what the view.)
