well i like american idol more because ive seen it more and im from america...but if i watched the xfactor more then i'm sure i would like it. leona lewis is awesome tho!!!!!

xFactor is sooooooooo much better than American Idol. I watched season 1-7 of American Idol and it's pretty much as dull as dishwater, with rare glimpses of actual talent. xFactor is insanely good and I go out of my way to find the shows on the internet and watch ever moment of each season! First and foremost, the talent in the UK is superior to that in the USA. Then the production value of the shows is on a scale that we only see here in the USA on very special occasions. The xFactor goes all out and puts on a grand show each and EVERY week. I'm floored at how entertaining they make the show. AI is just the same old boring stuff every year. And each show is just blah. No big dance numbers, no great themes, no judge mentors etc etc...and most important...NO fun! I wish they'd cancel AI and start the XFactor here. :D
