Okay so the rules are the same as our old banner... the characters with the most votes get put on the banner! More votes means a better chance of getting on the banner!
Also, I put up a pick asking if P.Sawyer should be automatically included in the banner and "yes" won... so yup she's on!
Oh and the add your own option is ONLY if you didn't already nominate a character and you would like them to be in the pick! If you already nominated a character you CAN NOT add your own character!!!!
