Maybe he doesn't have a good memory and he just
forgot completely или maybe if he is avoiding you,
it's because he might just not know that you're
madly in Любовь with him. If Ты feel hurt, try to
feel better some time because maybe he just has
a lot on his mind.
Ты can always try to email him again and see
if Ты can start a conversation again and Ты can
find out what's wrong and why Ты think he was
avoiding you. Ты should try to do something to
fix things up if Ты still really like him.

E-mail him again and see if he responds. Maybe he felt that he was annoying Ты and didn't want Ты to hate him или he could have become busy. Either way, Ты won't know until Ты talk to him again.
