Just add them when u go on their Профиль

Ты either add a lot of Фаны and they'll mostly add Ты back. или Ты just answer a lot and Комментарий a lot and if they really like your opinions, then they'll probably add you. And sometimes if Ты give props, they'll add you.

It takes time.
