I feel that Ghost or Spirit types of horror films has more jump-scares.
Slasher type felt more of a thrilling sense, which makes you grab on your sits.

I really enjoy watching both though.

I find neither "scary", so I just voted for what I like most. Most of the time, non-supernatural films are things that could happen in real life and that would be scarier than supernatural.
