Someone voted Vance, I'm pretty suprised! But we haven't seen all that much of him yet, so it's kinda one-sided.

In my opinion Vance is a far better director than Jen-even if he is a bad person.He is far more persistent and capable,and don't allow someone else to make decisions instead of him-including Gibbs.Reminds me so much of Morrow.The original director seemed to have Gibbs respect more than the others. I mean, he actually listened to him, followed his orders, and didn't really backtalk him. Every since he left, Gibbs kinda treats the director like a step parent.

Definitely Vance.From Jen's mouth I heared too much "what should I do now",and she lean too much on Gibbs.Vance take his decisions alone,and don't allaw onyone to interfere with them.
I like Vance management style and he's much more director-like than Jenny ever was. I also think that Gibbs respects him, at least more than he respected Jenny in her role as director.I like the addition of Vance to the regulars.He adds a nice mix to the group and at least we'll know he's not a person with a romantic past with any of the cast

I am not a Vance fan but... he is a good director (for the most part). But just to be clear... I like Jenny wayyyy better! lol

Don't get me wrong, Jenny was one of my favorite characters, but Vance seems better as a director. He doesn't let his personal feelings/relations get in the way of the job (at least, not as much as Jenny did) and he is more capable as director...but I still don't like him...

I love Jenny because she really trusted the team for support. Vance doesn't go to the team about anything which to me is wrong. i mean he split the team and didn't even tell Gibbs why! Jenny might've relied on the team a lot but that's sooo much better then not at all. LOVE JENNY!!
