I remember visiting this website once...
It was called Стрела Season 3 Premiere: What's Далее for Olicity - Doc Brown TV
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:
season 3 may have gone through a bit of turmoil during the show’s premiere episode, “The Calm.” While the crime-fighting partner’s first date and a rather steamy kiss both occurred, there was also an exploding restaurant and a decision to call off further romance.
So where does Olicity go from here? Executive producer Marc Guggenheim has some answers for you.
First of all, don’t freak out: It’s not over. “I think you’ll see that their relationship — we’ve always said it’s going to take ups and downs and twists and turns,” Guggenheim explains.
Because of this, the conversation isn’t ending with the close of episode 1. “Oliver and Felicity have a very emotional scene together in episode 2,” the executive producer continues. “This is not the last time we’ll hear the words ‘I love you’ in connection with Oliver and Felicity.”
That doesn’t mean that all will be well immediately though. “I think they’re both conflicted,” says Guggenheim. “I think that’s what makes their relationship so torturous — they’re both so conflicted about it. Our goal in writing that scene was to make it even-handed in terms of who’s ending it. But there’s a scene in episode 2 that’s kind of a follow-up to it. People should watch episode 2… We’ll also be dealing with it throughout the season. That hospital scene didn’t just take Oliver and Felicity and put them back in a box. The repercussions of that scene and that storyline in episode 1, that’s going to follow them over the course of season 3.”
It’s going to be a rough ride for anyone who wants to see Oliver and Felicity together, even if it eventually gets to a good place. “I think part of the fun — or the agony — of watching these two people is the fact that they’re together, they’re apart, they’re together, they’re apart. We’ll see what the future holds for them,” the sadistic
writer promises. “It isn’t over. We didn’t just hit pause or reset on their relationship. This is just a development in their relationship.”
Will fans survive long enough to see where that relationship goes? That will be for future

Oh man, that was torture, but it was great to see the Olicity relationship acknowledged properly. I’m hoping Marc is true to his word that they didn’t just address the Olicity thing only to compartmentalize it and put it in a box on closet shelf. Also, Ray…he’s charming, but he’s no Oliver. Hoping the Olicity fandom can withstand the angst on top of another love interest. It feels like a bit much.
please, don’t do this to us! this thing of “they’re together, they’re apart” doesn’t work, it’s frustrating. the fans will give up soon or later :(((((((((
Here’s the problem for me ….. yes, they were really cute. And Stephen Amell was really good in both the restaurant and the hospital scenes (although I think Felicity gave up too fast).
BUT…. they just killed off Sara, a very popular character, so that Laurel could become the Black Canary. What’s to say they won’t kill off Felicity at the start of season five so that Laurel can have Oliver as well as the black leather jacket? As you said, Guggenheim is nothing if not sadistic and Laurel is their blind spot. Their huge blind spot.
I loved it! Thanks for the scoop Laurel! Killed with feels over here but it was so worth it.
