I believe the Blue Fairy is the master puppeteer in this whole story. She IS the Reul Ghorm, the “Blue Star”, The great evil that even the dark one fears, the one who possibly controlled или instigated the Ogre Wars, the one who manipulated and set up everything so that Rumple is called to help Belle’s kingdom, who obviously had a history with Cora (ie why Cora used Blue’s body to trick snow); Who lied about being able to lie, who made is so that Snow would have her horrible ending, who set everything up so that she would come out on top.
