Tinkerbell's dust proves that they're soul mates. Before someone says that he might be her soul mate but not the other way around. The way soul mates work is that they are meant for each other because they're two halves of the same whole. So it's not possibly for one person to be another person's soul mate but not have it be mutual.

They are each other true love

Honestly Robin speech tells you that he is in love with Regina and not his wife. He literally says he "loved" Marian which is past tense. I think he's just attempting to make the marriage work like any married couple does which usually includes going to counciling. He wants his marriage to work but I think he's too far along with Regina to go back.

Tinkerbell said he was her true love... so I sit have hope. Was so mad at Emma when she brought back Marian though.
