it was stupid, he didn't know the whole story and Sam does leave and show up all the time. Brooke just can't keep a man, she's going to be alone forever if she can't see throught the flaws and to the best parts.

What bugs me is that she got SO mad at him for not wanting to be a dad after like a month of dating. It was like "hey i'm brooke" "i'm owen" "please date me" "okay" "i want a baby"...not exactly like that but you get the gist. I think it was wrong of her to get so angry at him for not being ready to be a dad and then using him for gifts, which is just wrong seeing as she had no intention of taking him back..

If you ask me, Brooke's behaviour with Owen has been COMPLETELY hot-cold. Season five, they had a little flirty thing going on, were BARELY dating, and exactly as Steph said "Hey," "Hi," "Wanna go out casually and not even kiss" "Sure," "I'm having a baby" -runaway- that seems pretty logical. OF COURSE Lucas could have been there for him. He's had training (and notice) in this sort of stuff, and BL have known eachother WAAAY longer than OB. So, as a friend Luke helped... natrually.

Season 6, he came back with a bunch of AMAZING apologies, speeches and truly fought for her more than Luke ever had. Constant apologies, helping out with Sam, buying her gifts! Went on for a good three episodes (and like, a fortnight in OTH land) and turns out Brooke was just using him for the gifts. She had no intention of dating / forgiving Owen, he worked hard for it, she should have told him that she wasn't looking for a relationship and basically but off all ties. And they don't talk for a few episodes... (we can assume seeing as it was never onscreen) and all of a sudden, she comes RUNNING asking for help... she didn't apologise, she didn't even asked, she just assumed that Owen would come. And he didn't. OHNO! Brooke's not happy about it and suddenly my 2nd favourite couple just got EVEN MORE ruined.

yeh but it was a really inconsidarate way of doing it if your a mother ( yes i know brooke isnt a mother just an example) and your child goes missing even if only for a few hours so many things run through your head brooke jus thought the worse and she is right after all and he could of been more respeectful about it

she drives them away for no reason? what? brooke was lonely in NY and when she finally found a guy who she thought she could be with and count on, it turns out he cant be a guy she can count even. yes he helped her with rachel, but when she mentioned she was having a baby, he wasnt there to support her...he left.

I think she was right to do that, I mean who wants to date or consider dating someone who can't see when something means a lot to you and even if it was the millionth time Sam left seeing Brooke like he should have automatically wanted to come and help her!

Mkay, with Julian he was more attached to Sam... they'd practically formed a frienship, so obviously he'd be more worried about Brooke. Owen would (natrually... it was the excuse Brooke used) see Sam as the reason he and Brooke aren't together... and in all fairness it is true, from a viewers POV. (Maybe that's why I can't stand her). Owen had met Sam twice: once at a bar and once at a party... so he'll assume that she's not in much trouble... probably out being a teenage girl.

Obviously no one likes seeing a sad Brooke, but you have to remember that Owen ain't too happy either. He basically just got used by a girl who's all of a sudden RUNNING to him for help... mixed signals anyone.

But yeah, I do agree that Owen was pretty harsh... I think there was general harshness in that scene cause they were both just resenting eachother for the past.

lol, i see the point everyone's made but still, Brooke can't hold a man down for more than a few months. Owen is great but she put to much on him about kids. he's young and had a lot of drug problems he's still fighting (if they had a kid it could come out wrong, drugs) and well they weren't serious or much of a couple, more time on his part to think would have helped instead of "never call me again," WTF
