The commercial makes it look like the other driver's fault but promos are often misleading...

they are but from what i could see it looked like it was Peyton's fault i hope it wasn't

Either Peyton was interceding that green light we saw (car was stationary in the middle of the road as she was thinking into space or thinking about her past) or Peyton was facing the green light and had the right of way.

From what I saw it looked like Peyton was waiting for the light to turn green and it did. When she was about to take off that stupid ass car came out of nowhere and it looked they were driving fast.

She was probably daydreaming or something when the van hit her . The promo made it look like it was her fault but OTH promo`s are always misleading . The fucked up part is that it happened just like it did to her mom . BTW, that totally looked like Dan`s van even though I know it wasn`t .

I think it was the other driver's fault. But maybe Mark wants to make like Peyton's mom, who crossed one red light.. I have no idea. =/

either way im glad that the whole Jamie story isnt true that way some mouths will be shut!!!!coz many people were going craaaazy about this and blaming Peyton-calling her names etc-....anyway i probably think its the other driver's fault..i think that she had a green light and he hit her!!maybe he was drunk who knows...we will see

i dont think she was trying to get hit i dont really know i wouldnt blame her but i wouldnt blame the driver either someone in the middle of the road no matter what they are doing seems like their fault to me if that makes sense lol

it really looked like it was her fault it seemed to me that she was just sitting their and not paying attention to the light and that may be why she was hit.

I`m not saying she was trying to get hit but the promo made it look that way . It also seemed to me like she was stopped at a red light . It looked like the van hit her right when the light turned green which means that the other driver ran a red light . I still think the promo is very misleading .

Yea Terra that`s what I think too . Maybe she stopped by her old house or somewhere that made her start daydreaming .

WHAT!? The promo, atleast to me, didn't make me think that she was just parked in the middle of the street. She was waiting for the light to turn green and when it did that's when that fucking truck came out of nowhere.

Well the promo did say you can't change your fate and her mother died from running a red light so maybe Peyton is in a hurry like her mother and gets hit but really doubt dies.
