Need help on an abstract painting...?

I'm getting paid a hundred dollars to paint this (see picture)

My mother's friend wants to help me out with money by having me paint this for her. I gladly accepted of course but should've asked Вопросы first. The way I see it, I'm pretty good with painting... but not like this. Abstract painting, или whatever Ты want to call this piece, is not only NOT my style, but also seems awkward for me to do because сказал(-а) not my style. Also, I don't know if she wants me to do it exactly as it is, или in my own way. Even then, how could I possibly convert this to my realism-'style' painting? These are just a few Вопросы roaming around my overstressed mentality.

But, I was hoping any of Ты out there could give me helpful tips, advice, and/or tutorials maybe? I have no other help -I don't know anybody who paints outside the internet. That would be great to get some help from fellow artists, или just anyone who knows painting and abstract qualities very well! ^^
