Alex & Maurice...

Alex & Maurice raced through the jungle, following the sound of the weeping. The sound grew slightly louder the closer they got. They finally stopped when they realized that they heard the weeping coming from behind them. "Alex! How could we have missed him? Mort! Where are you?!" Maurice сказал(-а) as they turned around & began walking in the other direction. "I am here!" They heard Mort cry, but they still did not see him. "Mort! Where are you!? We still can't see you!" Maurice yelled. "I am in this hole & I can't get out!"

Alex & Maurice found where Mort was. He was in a deep hole. A very deep hole. "Don't worry Mort! We're going to get Ты out of here!" Maurice told him. "We're gonna need some help...You stay here...." Alex started to leave, but Maurice stopped him. "But Alex...I think I should go get help...if the fossa come, I won't be able to protect us...You're the only one who can scare the fossa away. Ты should stay here, I'll go find help." Alex agreed & Maurice was off.

The Construction Site...

The penguins were in the plane, now trying to fix the wiring problem. "Kowalski! Status report!" Skipper commanded. "I am almost done rewiring the circuits.....on this section of the plane." Kowalski replied. "Well, we're getting somewhere." Skipper muttered to himself.

"Hey! Somebody! I need help!"

Skipper jumped into action. "OK men! Ты heard the cry for help! Roll out!" The four of them leaped out of the plane right into the path Maurice was running in. "State your business lemur." Skipper said. "It's Mort! He's trapped in a hole! We can't reach him! Ты have to help him!"

"Blast! That delays us!" Skipper сказал(-а) to his men. "Delays? Never mind. Ты have to help Mort!!" Skipper sighed. "Roll out men. OK, Maurice. Help us help Ты help him." Maurice stood silent for a moment. "Come again?" Skipper rolled his eyes. "Help us...help you....help him." Maurice just stood there with a blank expression. "Uuuugh! What I mean is 'Lead the way.' " Maurice nodded, then turned around & began running. "This way!" The penguins followed on their bellies.

Alex & Mort...

"I want to be out of here." Mort cried. "It's OK Mort. Maurice is getting help. We're gonna have Ты out of here in no time." Alex spoke with a soothing tone, like Ты would talk to a child. "Who is coming? Is it King Julien?" Mort сказал(-а) hopefully. "Um, I don't know. I just hope it isn't the--"

"Hello again Hippi! We're here to help!" Skipper сказал(-а) as he & his team slid up. "--penguins." Alex finished. "Where's Maurice?" He asked. The penguins looked behind them. Maurice was panting up Далее to them. "You *breath* guys *breath* go *breath* to *breath* fast..." Maurice said. Skipper rolled his eyes again. "OK, so where's mini lemur?"
