does peter only give red roses?

I've seen stories that Ты can get a red rose, put it beside the window and if it doesn't die for еще than a week then that's a sign that peter visits Ты & changes it. However, does the Цветы have to be red? I mean can I just for example put жасмин Цветы would he change it too or
