Am I going crazy?!

Sorry for asking so many Вопросы haha I've been hearing weird noises tonight. I heard a really quick note I guess Ты could call it. I don't know it was too fast. Im used to picking out note sounds because I'm in band but it was just a kind of medium higher range pich. And then soon after I kept hearing this weird noice like the cat toise we have are rattling. They make a kind of tinkling noise but they arnt even close to moving enough to make that noise. It's happening now. I keep looking over and they arnt moving and when I do it just stops. It never continues. None of the sounds continued when I look. And like I hear this quiet voice maybe like it could almost be just in my head или the tv but it's not coming from the direction of the tv. And I heard a noise in my постель, кровати room and went to look and grabbed my inhailer and took it. as I was putting it away I heard a noise back in the living room like someone was in here but When I came back out there was no one in here. I stiood in the hallway at the beginning of the living room and I hear the voice and I go to my sisters room and her Показать is on too soft to even hear from the doorway so it wasn't her. I went to the кухня to get a drink and I thought I saw something go past the door out of the corner of my eye outside but when I looked there was no one. And I keep getting the feeling like I'm being watched или the umm the scared feeling. For me it triggers my anxiety so I have to keep calming myself down. Is this tink and Peter или am I just going crazy. I've never heard voices without being in the place between sleep and awake before. The voice seems to be happening еще and sudden noise that are unexplainable. I feel like I'm going crazy. I here like this sound like if Ты listen really closely Ты can hear a moths wings hitting against things behind me but when I look it stops and I did a test because when I'm not looking it's pretty much constant. But when I look for a long time i never hear it. And there is no bug
