Have Ты ever found a Shiny Pokemon in the wild and if so, what was it?

Back when I was new to Pokemon, I was playing Ruby. I was right outside Lilycove City when a weird, green Pokemon battled me. It was a Gloom, but it got away. When I eventually found out the chances of finding another Shiny Pokemon were about 1 in 8,192, I got PRETTY angry. Had an experience like mine before?

Nope, I've never encountered one. A friend of mine uses cheats, and so I've seen the shiny version of a lot of them, but I don't have one, and I've never seen one.

The chances are: 1/8192= 0.000122% chance of getting a shiny.

Koga's pokemon are weak against psychic-type moves mostly.

Only one, a starly. Me and my friend were actually talking about shinies, and as soon as she mentioned that shiny starlys are brown, i ran into one. Oh, and i also have a shiny gyrados and pichu, but i got them through a wifi event and soulsilver, so idk if they count.

I found a Wingull in the sea that had green stripes on its wings instead of blue. And then there was a Poochyena that was light brown and brown with blue eyes instead of black and gray with red eyes. Now that was cool when it evolved into a Mightyena. But anyway....that's all I found. (that was in Emerald)

You'll know if it is a shiny pokemon if the pokemon is a diffrent color then the normal pokemon (ex. Normal gyarados is blue and a shiny gyarados is red.)

Well I finally found a Shiny Wanriky/Machop in Mt. Mortar/Mt.Suribachi and I didn't expect it but I still ended up capturing it and now it's a Shiny Kairiky/Machamp (I finally managed a trade) but I originally went in there to find a Tyrogue and train that to evolve it into a Hitmontop..and all that but my plans ended up changing and I couldn't get there anyway because I didn't have waterfall at the time but I guess I got lucky..that's just about it oh and it was in Soul Silver.
